Delegates and alternates attending the 2026 Democratic State Convention can reference a list of resources on the Mass Democratic Party website.

These resources feature fee payment information, how to obtain waiver form, questionnaire and add-on application.

Elected delegates are urged to complete the questionnaire which will help the MDP determine allocation for add-on delegates within the separate categories (youth, disabled etc.)
