Life-Member Was 97

Framingham Democratic Committee life-member Ruth Litter passed away on November 7, 2021 at the age of 97.

Ruth was born in the Bronx in 1924 and taught in the New York public schools.  She was the first woman to chair the Framingham Library Board of Trustees.
