7:00 – 7:05 Welcome and Reading of FDC Mission Statement
7:05 – 7:55    As requested by the Legislative Subcommittee of the FDC, a vote of the FDC to authorize that the legislative committee outreach to legislators in support of the following legislation:

– S.2561 An Act Relative to Archaic Laws (attached)
– H.3852 An Act Supporting Electrical Load Aggregation Programs in the Commonwealth
– H3219 An Act Supporting Local Aggregation Programs (attached)
