Five Questions On The 2024 Ballot

There will be five binding ballot on the 2024 Massachusetts ballot.  The information that follows give a short description of each question with links to sites that support and oppose each question.

Question #1: Auditing the State Legislature

Question #2: Eliminating the use of the MCAS as a high school graduation requirement

Proposed law would eliminate the requirement that a student pass the Massachusetts Comprehensive Assessment System (MCAS) tests (or other statewide or district-wide assessments) in mathematics, science and technology, and English in order to receive a high school diploma.

Question #3: Enabling Uber and Lyft drivers to unionize

Proposed law would provide Transportation Network Drivers with the right to form unions to collectively bargain with Transportation Network Companies.

Question #4: Legalizing psychedelics

This proposed law would allow persons aged 21 and older to grow, possess, and use certain natural psychedelic substances in certain circumstances.
