Green New Deal Town Hall

Senator Markey and Congresswoman Clark to speak on Green New Deal

Senator Ed Markey and Congresswoman Katherine Clark will hold a town hall to discuss the Green New Deal.  This is a proposed United States economic stimulus package that aims to address climate change and economic inequality. It takes into account the scope and scale of the global climate challenge, and acknowledges its economic, social, and equity implications.

The town hall takes place Wednesday August 21, 2019 starting at 6:30pm at Framingham High School, 115 A Street, Framingham.

Caucus Results 2019

The 2019 Framingham Democratic Caucus was held at the Community Room of the Framingham Green at 136 Maynard Road on May 19, 2019. This caucus was conducted to elect Framingham’s delegation to the annual Democratic State Convention taking place this year on September 14th at the MassMutual Center in Springfield.

Framingham was alloted 34 delegates, 17 female, 17 male, plus 6 alternates, 3 female, 3 male.
