The Fair Share Amendment has passed the Constitutional Convention and will appear on the November 2022 state-wide ballot in Massachusetts. If passed it will impose a 4% tax increase on incomes of $1 million or greater.
The additional revenue is targeted for education and transportation.
Framingham state representative Maria D. Robinson is a co-sponsor of the amendment.

Jack Duffy passed away on June 6, 2021. Duffy had served as the Committee’s secretary from 2012 to 2014.

On March 11, 2021 President Joe Biden announced the American Rescue Plan to provide people with financial relief and plans to reopen schools and distribute vaccines.
